I’ve been doing all these for years and yet they still are unable to improve the doorway effect of memory or the ability to recall tasks and details given to me five minutes before when I need to finish a current project. And there are unable to improve the difficulty of task initiation when it’s something I really need to do for work. Or to be able to break down tasks to do them.
